Dear Parents:
As the attached notice indicates, we’ve have been selected to pilot the lunch program that will be launched province-wide in September 2026.
Instructions, video aids, example menu are available on our school website. You may have to scroll up or down to see the links.
All purchases go through the Chartwell’s app https://chartwellsk12.ca is independent of our school.
Ordering the $4.00 lunch is optional, as you can continue to send lunch with your child if you prefer.
My understanding is that there is an 8:00 am, the school day before deadline to order.
For instance, the program starts next Wednesday for our school, therefore if you are ordering lunch for next Wednesday, the order would have to be placed by 8:00 am Tuesday.
Monday orders need to be placed the Friday before, by 8:00 am.
Although the letter states the ordering system opens today, April 22, as of this morning, the menu has yet to load, so we may have to be patient, as the company has to make menu changes for the cafeteria at Petitcodiac Regional, the cafeteria supplying our lunches.
